How long is the free trial?

Fourteen days, with no card and no commitment.

Does every plan have a trial?

Yes. Every plan, including one you build yourself, starts with the same 14-day trial, and you can change plans later. To start, see Create your account and workspace.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You sign up with your email address; nothing is charged during the trial.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you do not start a plan after it, your account pauses and nothing is deleted. A workspace paused at the end of a trial is kept whole until erasure is requested, as the data retention page says.

While the workspace is paused, your team cannot sign in, new WhatsApp messages are not received, and website chat stops showing on your site.

How do I keep going after the trial?

From Plan and billing in your account area, choose your plan and how you are billed, then pay the first invoice. Everything you set up during the trial stays, and paying reopens a paused workspace. The steps are in Plans and changing plan.

Are WhatsApp fees part of the trial?

WhatsApp message fees are separate from Hadir Chat, during the trial and after it: you pay them to Meta directly, on the card attached to your Meta account. See Plans and pricing.

Can I get a refund after the trial?

You have 14 days from each payment to ask for it back. See Refunds and cancellation.
