Connecting an EasyOrders store puts the customer's orders in front of your agent, inside the conversation. Every new order and every status update reaches Hadir Chat, and each order is matched to the customer by phone number.
What shows in the conversation
- The customer's EasyOrders orders in the conversation sidebar: each order's status in Arabic, its total and its items.
- A customer summary: how many orders, total spent, and how many were cancelled or returned.
- Search by order number.
Hadir Chat looks the customer up by the phone number on the order, and treats a number without a country code as Egyptian. If there is no such customer, it creates one. It only fills empty fields and never overwrites anything already there.
Orders appear in a conversation when the customer's contact has the same phone number as the order. So they show in the WhatsApp conversation for that number, and in other channels once that number is added to the customer's details.
What it does not do
The connection only reads orders. It does not send notifications to customers, does not confirm cash-on-delivery orders, does not change any order's status, and does not sync products.
Before you start
- A plan that includes Connected stores.
- A free place in your plan's store count. That count covers Salla, Zid and EasyOrders stores together, not each platform separately.
Option 1: connect in one click
- In Hadir Chat, open Integrations, choose EasyOrders, and select Connect a store.
- You are taken to the EasyOrders install page. Sign in to your EasyOrders account there if asked.
- Approve the requested access.
- You land back on Integrations in Hadir Chat, with a message that your store is connected.
Option 2: connect with an API key
If the one-click install does not finish, connect the store by hand in three steps:
- Paste the API key and verify it. In your EasyOrders dashboard, open Public API and create a new key with permission to read orders (orders:read). In Hadir Chat, open Integrations, then EasyOrders, and paste the key under Connect with an API key. Hadir Chat checks the key before it saves it.
- Create the webhook in EasyOrders. Hadir Chat shows a webhook URL for your store; copy it. In EasyOrders, open Public API, then Webhooks, and create a webhook with the URL you copied.
- Optional: paste the webhook secret. After the webhook is created, EasyOrders shows a secret. Paste it in Hadir Chat so that any delivery without it is refused. You can also add it later from the store row.
The store shows as Waiting for the first order until the first order arrives from EasyOrders.
More than one store
You can connect more than one EasyOrders store to the same account by repeating the steps for each. Every store counts towards your plan's store count.
Disconnecting a store
In Integrations in Hadir Chat, select Disconnect next to the store.
If you revoke the key in EasyOrders instead, the store shows as disconnected in Hadir Chat with a Reconnect button. Select it and follow either way of connecting again.
Troubleshooting
The connection did not finish after you approved it in EasyOrders
When you approve the install, EasyOrders creates an API key and two webhooks before it tells Hadir Chat. If the store does not appear in Integrations when you come back, those may be left unused in EasyOrders:
- In EasyOrders, open Public API.
- Delete the API key the Hadir Chat install created.
- Under Webhooks, delete the two URLs that start with https://app.hadir.chat/webhooks/easyorders/.
- Come back to Hadir Chat and select Connect a store again. The connect link works once, for thirty minutes.
No orders are arriving
- If you connected with an API key, check that the webhook URL is added in EasyOrders under Public API, then Webhooks, and that it was copied in full.
- Check that the key has permission to read orders.
- If you added the webhook secret, check that it matches the one EasyOrders shows.
- If an order arrived but is not in the customer's conversation, check that the phone number in the customer's details is the same as the one on the order.
The store shows as disconnected
This usually means the key was revoked in EasyOrders. Select Reconnect and connect the store again.
You have reached your plan's store limit
Your plan's store count covers Salla, Zid and EasyOrders stores combined, not each platform separately. To connect another store, disconnect one or upgrade your plan.
Contacts created from orders
Contacts that Hadir Chat creates automatically from store orders do not count toward your plan's contact limit until they have their first conversation.
