WhatsApp account health

Meta keeps rating every WhatsApp Business number: whether it is connected, how good its messaging is, and how many customers it may reach. Hadir Chat gathers this in one tab, so you do not have to open Meta's tools every time.

Open Account health

1. Open Settings, then Inboxes, and select the settings button next to your WhatsApp channel.
2. Open the Account health tab (1). You see Manage your WhatsApp account (2).
3. To change something at Meta, select Go to Meta Business Manager (3).

What you see

Phone number

• Display phone number and WhatsApp display name: what your customers see.
• Display name status: whether Meta has reviewed and approved the name. While it is under review, people may see the number instead of the name.
• Coexistence: shown when the number works in the WhatsApp Business app and in Hadir Chat at the same time.

Health and capacity

• Phone number status: whether the number is connected to WhatsApp right now.
• Quality rating: given by Meta from your recent messaging signals.
• Business messaging limit: how many different customers you can message outside the customer service window in a rolling 24 hours. The limit is shared by every WhatsApp number in the business portfolio.
• Throughput and Account mode: the sending capacity assigned to the number and how it is running.

Business account and Business profile

The WhatsApp Business Account name and ID, the business portfolio name at Meta, then the profile details your customers see, such as the description and address.

If you see an error

• WhatsApp connection needs to be refreshed: Meta could not verify this channel's connection. Select Go to Configuration, then under WhatsApp Embedded Signup select Reconfigure and go through Meta's steps again.
• WhatsApp health data is unavailable: Meta did not return the details just now. Read the error shown and try later.

Note: the quality rating and the messaging limit are Meta's. Hadir Chat shows them as Meta reports them and does not change them.
