Daily digest
Get a short summary of your workspace every day or every week, at the hour you choose, in the app or on Telegram.
The digest is a short summary that Hadir Assistant sends you on its own, every day or once a week, at the hour you pick. You do not need to ask. Each person sets their own digest, and it only covers what that person is allowed to see.
This works if Hadir Assistant and its digests are enabled on your workspace.
What is in it
- The headline figures for the period: new and resolved conversations, first response time, and what is open or waiting. A daily digest covers yesterday; a weekly one covers the last 7 days.
- Up to five conversations still waiting for a reply at the moment it is sent.
- New store orders in the period, if a store is connected and you may see orders.
A part you may not see, or that your plan does not include, is simply left out. The digest does not count as a Hadir AI reply, and it arrives even when the month's Hadir AI replies are used up.
Turn it on
- Open Hadir Assistant, then Chat.
- At the top, select Daily digest (1).
- Tick Send me a digest (2).
- Under How often, choose Every day or Every week. For weekly, choose the Day.
- Choose the Hour (account time zone) (3).
- Under Where it arrives (4), choose where you want it (see below).
- Select Save.
Where it can arrive
- Hadir Chat app: a notification on your phone, on time, if you use the app.
- Telegram: always on time. The channel appears in the list once your Telegram account is linked; see Ask the assistant from Telegram.
- WhatsApp: only through an approved template, which Meta charges for. It stays off until an administrator turns it on (below).
- Instagram or Messenger: only if you wrote on that channel in the last 24 hours.
When a digest cannot be sent, it is not lost: you find it in Hadir Assistant, then Logs, under Digests, with a line saying why.
Digests on WhatsApp (administrators)
WhatsApp only lets a business start a message with an approved template. To allow digests there:
- Open Hadir Assistant, then Settings, and find Digests on WhatsApp.
- Tick Send digests on WhatsApp through an approved template.
- Choose the template, then select Save. See WhatsApp templates for getting one approved.
If the template later stops being usable, WhatsApp digests stop and the settings page tells you to choose another.
Note: the hour follows your workspace's time zone, not your phone's. To stop the digest, open the same panel, untick Send me a digest and save.
