Payment and invoices

These answers come from the published pricing page and terms of service. The steps on screen are in Billing and VAT.

Which currency am I billed in?

US dollars. Prices on the pricing page are in USD, the currency your invoice is issued in.

Is VAT added?

Yes. "Billing is in US dollars with VAT added as the law requires, and a tax invoice follows every payment."

Do I get a tax invoice?

Yes, after every payment. It is a simplified tax invoice in Arabic and English, with the VAT line and the QR code ZATCA requires. The workspace owner receives it by email as a PDF, and every invoice can be downloaded from Plan and billing.

Can my business's name be on the invoice?

An invoice carries your workspace name as it was when it was issued. Change the workspace name before you pay; see Billing and VAT.

How do I pay?

From Invoices on the Plan and billing page: an unpaid invoice has a Pay with … button named after the payment method. You complete the payment on the payment gateway's page and come back to Hadir Chat. Our Saudi Arabia page describes "Payment through local gateways and mada cards". Only the workspace owner can pay.

How often am I billed?

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The pricing page offers monthly, 6-month and yearly billing, each with its own total.

What if a payment is late?

We send a reminder for an unpaid invoice, and the workspace stays fully available until the date it gives. After that date the workspace is paused until the invoice is paid; nothing is deleted, and paying brings everything back.

Are WhatsApp fees on my invoice?

No. You pay Meta directly, on the card attached to your Meta account; it never passes through us. Your Hadir Chat subscription is separate.

How do I pay for Hadir AI credit?

A top-up is invoiced and paid like your plan, and appears as its own line on the invoice. The credit is added as soon as the invoice is paid.
