Can I open a second workspace with the same email?

For now, each email address in Hadir Chat owns one workspace. Signing up again with the same email tells you the address is already in use.

If you need a second workspace

For a second store or a separate business, sign up with an alias of your own address: add + and a word before the @. For example, if your email is name@gmail.com:

• name+store2@gmail.com for the second workspace
• name+clinic@gmail.com for a third, and so on

Mail to these aliases arrives in your usual inbox with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and most providers, so you verify the new account from the mailbox you already use.

What is separate?

Every workspace is fully separate: plan, invoices, limits, add-ons, channels, contacts and conversations. You are the owner of each workspace you sign up.
