Individual features

Sometimes you need one feature, not a whole group of them. That is what the Individual features section of Build your own plan is for: you add one specific feature to your plan and pay for that alone.

Before you start

• Only the workspace owner can add one, because it changes the plan. Others can open the page and see the prices.
• Some individual features are already in the ready-made plans. Check the pricing page first, so you do not pay for something you have.

Which features can I add on their own?

The list on the page is the reference: it shows what we offer now, each with its price on your billing period. For example:

• Customer notifications: order confirmation, status changes, cash on delivery, review requests and abandoned baskets.
• Hadir AI on your own keys: run Hadir AI on your own model provider's key, and the provider bills you for usage directly. It needs the Hadir AI group in your plan.

Add a feature to your plan

1. In your account area, select Plan and billing, then the Build your own plan card. It opens on your current plan.
2. Scroll to Individual features (1): "Add just one thing, without buying the group around it."
3. Tick the feature you want (2). Its price is shown next to it.
4. Check Your plan and the New total (3).
5. Select Review the change. The window shows what is Charged today and when it takes effect.
6. Select Confirm and apply. Nothing is charged before this step.

Adding a feature makes your plan bigger, so it applies now and you pay only the difference for the days left in this period. On a trial there is nothing to pay, and your remaining trial days are unaffected.

Remove a feature

1. Open Build your own plan again.
2. Untick the feature under Individual features.
3. Select Review the change, then Confirm and apply.

Removing is a downgrade, so it applies when the current period ends and nothing is refunded. The feature keeps working until then.

Note: individual features are part of your plan. Industry Add-ons, such as the clinic add-on, have their own page in your account area: Settings, then Manage add-ons.
