WhatsApp campaigns
Send an approved WhatsApp template to the customers with the labels you pick, at a time you set, and see what was delivered and read.
On this page
A WhatsApp campaign sends one message to a group of your customers at once: an offer, an announcement, a reminder before an occasion. Because a campaign reaches people who have not written to you recently, it always goes out as a WhatsApp template approved by Meta.
Before you start
- You are an Administrator in Hadir Chat, and your plan includes WhatsApp campaigns.
- A connected WhatsApp number with at least one template approved by Meta. See WhatsApp templates.
- A label on the customers you want to reach: the audience is picked by label.
Create the campaign
- In the sidebar, open Campaigns, then WhatsApp.
- Select Create campaign.
- Enter a Title (1). Only you and your team see it.
- Under WhatsApp Template (2), pick the WhatsApp number to send from, then the Template. If a template you just added is missing, select Refresh templates.
- If the template has variables, choose under What fills each variable what goes into each one, such as Customer name. Preview with sample values shows how the message will look.
- In Audience (3), pick one or more labels.
- Choose the Scheduled time (4). It is your workspace's time zone.
- Check the Sending speed summary below the form, then select Create (5).
Sending speed and the daily limit
Meta gives each number a daily limit on how many customers it can reach with templates, and raises it on its own as the number's quality improves. Before you create the campaign, Hadir Chat shows your audience size, your number's limit and how many days the campaign will take. If that is long, it suggests you Narrow the audience or Start with the most engaged.
While sending, we protect your number: if Meta rates its quality medium, we send at half the daily limit; if it drops to low, we pause the campaign, and it continues by itself once quality recovers.
Who does not get it
- A customer who asked to stop messages, for example by replying «توقف», «إيقاف» or STOP.
- A contact without a valid mobile number. They show as Skipped in the analytics.
See the results
- In the campaign list, select View analytics on the campaign's card.
- You see Audience, Submitted to WhatsApp, Delivered, Read, Failed and Skipped (1).
- The Deliveries table (2) shows each customer's status, and the reason when a message failed.
Pause or cancel a campaign
While a campaign is sending, its card has Pause, then Resume sending when you want to carry on, and Cancel campaign to stop it for good. A cancellation cannot be undone, and the customers not reached yet will not get it.
Note: template messages are paid. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account for them directly, not Hadir Chat.
