Refunds and cancellation
When a payment can be refunded, how cancelling works, and what happens to your data afterwards.
On this page
These answers quote the published refund policy and terms of service, which are the reference if anything differs. The steps on screen are in Refunds and cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. "You have 14 days from the date of each payment to ask for it back." We answer within one working day. If we agree, the money goes back to the same payment method, and banks usually take three to ten working days.
Does the window apply to yearly payments too?
"The window applies to each payment separately, monthly or yearly. After it closes the subscription stays active to the end of the paid period without a refund."
How do I ask for a refund?
"Requests: from the billing page in your dashboard, or through support." Only the workspace owner can ask: on Plan and billing, under Refund, each payment still inside the window has an Ask for a refund button. If you write to support instead, include the invoice number so we can find the payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. "You can cancel at any time and everything stays active until the end of the paid period." Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid cycle.
Is cancelling the same as a refund?
No. "Cancelling is not itself a refund; a refund is asked for within the window above."
Is Hadir AI credit refunded?
"Prepaid credit is not refunded in cash and stays valid for as long as the workspace exists."
What if I move to a smaller plan?
"A downgrade applies at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for." An upgrade applies now and charges only the difference for the days left.
What if I was charged by mistake?
"Any amount charged in error is returned in full to the same payment method within ten working days of confirmation."
What happens to my data after I cancel?
When the plan ends, the workspace is paused and nothing is deleted. A paused workspace is kept whole until erasure is requested, and choosing a plan again reopens it as it was. Exporting your data and erasing the workspace are separate steps; see Export and erase your data.
