Choose the channels for a store

Set which store each channel reads orders from, when you have more than one store.

On this page

When a customer writes on one of your channels, Hadir Chat looks up their orders in the store linked to that channel. With one store there is nothing to set up. With more than one, such as a store per brand, point each channel at the store it sells for, so your team never sees another store's orders.

Choose the channels for each store

  1. In the inbox, open Settings, then Integrations, and select Configure on the Salla card.
  2. On the store's card, scroll to Channels reading from this store.
  3. Turn on the switch next to each channel that sells for this store, such as the store's WhatsApp number or its website chat.
  4. The change is saved at once; there is no save button.

Under a channel's name you see “Currently reads from …” when it is linked to another store right now.

Note: a channel reads from one store at a time, so turning one on here moves it from whichever store had it. You see “… now reads from this store instead of …”.

When do you need this?

  • If your workspace has more than one store and a channel has none assigned, the orders panel in the conversation says “This workspace has more than one store. Assign one to this channel”.
  • When you add a new channel, come back here and link it to its store.
  • If no channel is listed, you see “This workspace has no channels yet.”; add your channels first.

This setting is open to administrators, and to anyone whose role has the permission “Connect and manage the store integrations, and which channel reads from which store”.
